Questions

Answered honestly.

The straight answers on protection, lifespans, coverage and process — in the same technical, no-overpromise voice we use on the dock.

01

Protection types & lifespan

Three core layers: detailing protection (3–9 months), nano ceramic graphene coating (12–24 months) and 10-mil marine PPF (36–60 months) — plus gelcoat correction, marine tint and teak & interior care. We match the layer to your vessel and how it is used.

Detailing protection holds 3–9 months, ceramic graphene 12–24 months, and 10-mil marine PPF 36–60 months. These are honest, real-world figures that depend on use, berth and maintenance — we never round them up.

No, and we will never tell you it is. Every protective layer has a finite lifespan and benefits from light maintenance. What protection does is reduce oxidation and make upkeep far easier between services.

No surface is scratch-proof. Ceramic graphene adds hardness and helps resist swirls and etching; for genuine impact and abrasion resistance we use 10-mil PPF on the zones that need it.

02

The inspection & process

We assess your vessel’s surface, read its oxidation level (L1–L3), and recommend the right combination of correction and protection — with honest expectations and no pressure. The inspection is free and consultative.

Yes. The inspection is the start of the relationship, not a sales trap. We would rather tell you what your vessel actually needs than sell you a layer it doesn’t.

Use the inspection form, WhatsApp or call. Tell us your vessel type and marina, and we will arrange a visit to your berth.

03

Marinas & coverage

We are a service-area business covering El Gouna, Hurghada, Ain Sokhna, the North Coast (Sahel), Alexandria and Red Sea marinas. We travel to your vessel.

Yes — we work at your marina or berth wherever practical, with the right setup for a marine-grade result.

Yes. We partner with marinas, yacht brokers and charter and hospitality operators on fleet and resale protection programmes.

04

Materials & surfaces

Gelcoat and painted hulls, glass, metals, teak, leather, vinyl and interior surfaces. Each gets the right marine-safe products and the right layer.

Marine-native. Our coatings, films and methods are formulated and applied for saltwater, UV and the realities of a vessel — not borrowed from automotive work.

Yes — we prefer gentle cleaning and treatment that preserves teak thickness and colour. Aggressive sanding is a last resort.

05

Maintenance & warranty

Routine salt rinses and periodic maintenance detailing keep protection performing. We hand over a simple care guide and recommend an honest interval for your usage.

We set clear, exact lifespan expectations up front and use professional-grade systems. Specific coverage is confirmed at inspection based on the products and scope chosen.

In active Red Sea use, every few months. We will advise based on how and where your vessel is berthed and run.

06

Pricing approach

By vessel size, surface condition and the scope of correction and protection. Because oxidation level changes the work involved, we quote after the inspection — so the figure reflects your actual vessel.

A marine surface can’t be priced accurately from a photo. The inspection lets us read the real condition and recommend only what genuinely protects your vessel.
